Prenatal Yoga + Breastfeeding Series
Knowledge is POWER, especially when it comes to pregnancy. Knowing yourself, your body, and a bit of what to expect goes a long way. That's why we've paired prenatal yoga with breastfeeding education. Mama yogi Alex Fluegel will lead you through a five-week series focused on strengthening your connection to yourself and your baby. You'll learn poses and breathing techniques designed to get the baby in optimal fetal position, and most importantly, spend time cultivating inner calm and confidence. During the final week of the series, certified lactation consultant Jalyn Spencer-Harris IBCLC, will host a two-hour breastfeeding workshop** to help you prepare for breastfeeding with confidence, She will cover a variety of evidence-based information, including techniques and strategies, preparation, common challenges, how to ready your home and office, and where to turn for additional support.

No previous yoga or breastfeeding experience is necessary!
