MomBod - Mama & Me Workout Class

Let's face it — working out alone is boring. And, for moms it's also basically impossible. Enter Mombod, an hour-long fitness class that makes exercise easy.

The inclusive, all-levels class is open to moms and their babes ages 0-4 and will be a positive, uplifting hour of strength training, core exercises, toning, and stretching. Small babies can be held during class or kept safe in a car seat near Mom. Older children are welcome to either join in or play close by. 

This is a 100 percent body-positive class where we will focus on working out our bodies and minds while building community. No pressure, no judgement — just a great workout with fun people!
