Certified lactation consultant Jalyn Spencer-Harris (IBCLC) will guide you and a support person through the basics of breastfeeding, empowering you to enter your breastfeeding journey with confidence and knowledge. $40

Back to Work Basics Class


Heading back to work or traveling after maternity leave and wondering what the heck that looks like? Learn how to use your to pump to its full potential and what size flange will work best for you. Questions such as when to start pumping, how much of a freezer stash you need, and how to manage pumping with breastfeeding will all be answered.

Get the ins and outs of bottle feeding, avoiding bottle refusal, nipple confusion and what to do if it occurs. Learn strategies to save time and pump efficiently at work.

You'll leave with a custom plan tailored to your work schedule and baby's needs. We've got you covered in this 90-minute class designed for the working mama.
