Our prenatal yoga class allows you to unplug, unwind, and connect with your body and baby, all while building your mama tribe. Each class is an hour and 15 minutes and includes a time to check-in, ask questions and learn from each other.

Our prenatal yoga is perfect for all experience levels — especially beginners! Wind down and dig in to your ever-evolving body and mind.

Mama + Me Yoga

This class is all about connection and having fun! Mamas will be led through poses designed to de-stress and strengthen while the mini-yogis look on, play, or participate.

Class designed for pre-walkers. Older siblings may attend, but will need to be supervised by parent.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. No on-site childcare provided; please keep the kids at home for this class.
