Mama + Baby Yoga

This class is your chance to connect and unwind with the little one in your life. Perfect for postpartum mamas who want to move their body in a gentle, healing way while spending time with their baby. 

Classes include restorative yoga poses, gentle infant massage, breathing exercises, and guided meditations. No previous yoga experience required; please get approval from your doctor before beginning class. 

*Pre-crawling babies only; for the safety of all, older siblings are not permitted.

Mama + Toddler Yoga

This class is all about connection and having fun! Mamas will be led through poses designed to de-stress and strengthen while the mini-yogis look on, play, or participate. Each class includes a short story and time to mingle/play. 

Class designed for walking-2.5 years old. Older (or younger) siblings may attend, but will need to be supervised by parent.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. No on-site childcare provided; please keep the kids at home for this class.
